Pacy Title & Closings for Consumers

For Home Buyers
Whether you are purchasing your first home or your next investment property, Pacy Title & Closing will work with you, your lender and agent to ensure that ownership of your new home is properly transferred to you, per your Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Pacy Title & Closing will review your Purchase & Sale agreement along with any addendums or changes to the contract, as well as condominium documents (when required). Our team of experienced professionals will do a title search of the property you are purchasing so that we may issue your Title Policy. If we find any issues with the history of ownership to the property, our team will work to resolve those issues.

Pacy Title & Closing will also prepare your Owner's Title Insurance policy (Owners Policy) as well as the Lender's Title Insurance (Lenders Policy). An Owners Policy protects the owners interests in the property for the duration that they own the home while a Lenders Policy covers the lender and only the amount being financed.

On your closing day, one of our outstanding Closing Officers will have all of your legal and required documents ready for you to sign and ensure your property transfer is legally completed and closed.

For Home Sellers
Pacy Title & Closing is committed to delivering a seamless and convenient experience for all parties involved with our closings.

For Sellers, we make sure that any mortgage payoffs are ordered and sent upon closing. Where necessary, we will work with your HOA for transfer of property ownership. If you have had any significant life changes since you've purchased the property, we will make sure that information is incorporated with the closing for you, and may request certain documents from you to include with recording the sale of the property.
Pacy Title & Closing will also work with your real estate agents and the town in which the property is located to make sure all final credits and debits are properly entered into the final settlement statement. You will, of course, have a chance to review this statement prior to closing.

If you are purchasing another home, we hope that you will consider Pacy Title & Closing for your next closing. We would be happy to be of assistance.
